Mareema’s are livestock guardian dogs and have been born and raised around poultry & horses. Parents have a gentle nature, are loyal & great guardians with animals and are protective over their territory.
Apart from being an adorable fluff ball, Maremmas are smart & independent thinkers, who naturally protect those they are bonded too (livestock, poultry & people). They will defend and protect whom they are bonded with. They don’t demand a lot of attention but do enjoy cuddles and affection.
